🔄 Replacement Eligibility
Product Eligibility
At Tazah Global, we take every measure to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
If you receive a product that is incorrect, faulty, broken, or damaged, you are eligible for a free replacement.
⏰ Timeframe
JYSOUQ.ae accepts replacement requests within 30 days of delivery.
Requests made within 7 days of delivery are processed free of charge.
Requests made after 7 days may incur handling or replacement charges.
🧰 Replacement Process
1. Initiation
To initiate a replacement, please share a video or clear photos of the incorrect, faulty, or damaged product with our customer support team within the eligible timeframe.
In many cases, product issues are due to setup or usage, and our team can help you resolve them immediately.
If the product is confirmed faulty, one of the following options will apply:
Option A – Return & Replace
You will be asked to ship the incorrect, faulty, or broken product in its original packaging (including the product box and all accessories) to:
Tazah Global LLC
Warehouse #13, Plot #4488, Al Sajaa Industrial,
Sharjah, UAE
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a replacement will be shipped within 5 working days, free of charge.
Option B – Doorstep Replacement
We may schedule a courier pickup for the faulty item and arrange a replacement within 14 working days.
Please ensure the product is packed securely in its original box with all accessories for pickup.
⚠️ Note:
We do not offer replacements for “change of mind” or customer preference reasons.
💰 Refund Policy
We currently do not offer refunds.
Our policy allows replacements only for defective, incorrect, or damaged products as detailed above.
